- 1 cabbage
- 6 large scallions
- 8-10 glasses of water
- 1 tablespoon of cooking spray or extra virgin olive oil
- 2 green peppers
- 1 package of lipton onion soup mix
- Buillion cubes (1-2)
- 1-2 cans of tomatoes (diced)
- 1 bunch of celery
