 Thursday 1 hard boiled egg, 1 cup of fresh vegetable juice, tea or coffee 1 grapefruit, 1 large salad with 2 whole wheat toasts  1 grapefruit, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese 2 slices of cheese, 1 plate of vegetable bean soup
 Friday Grapefruit with fruit salad 1 cup of tea, 1 large vegetable salad, 1 baked potato with 1 teaspoon of olive oil 1 grapefruit or its juice 1 cup of yogurt, 7 oz. of broiled meat, chicken or fish with steamed vegetables
Weekends:  Follow menu of any weekday.
