  1. Just wondering about this sacred heart diet… any information is helpful. I undersand u cook veggies in water, so what’s the point of the broth?

  2. Is it okay to use red, orange or yellow peppers instead of green as I just don’t like the taste of green peppers.

  3. I have used this diet from time to time to quickly take off a few lbs. It works. Some days you will feel a little out of sort, just like with any diet. I would suggest that if you need to take off a numbers of lbs. take 2-3 days off between each 7 day use. Trust your body and your Dr. to guide you to a safe weight lose.

  4. So I made my soup tonight and i’m starting it tomorrow. Easter and all the holidays are over. I’ve done this a few times but never really weighed myself. I just noticed my clothes got a little loose. Here goes!!

  5. My husband has been on this diet for 3 weeks total. He goes on it one week, then off one week, but eats sensibly on the “off week”. He is very overweight but has lost 42 lbs!! The more overweight you are, the faster you lose, of course. He loves the diet!!
